Digital Talent Consulting
“We’re excited for the next generation of creative thinkers. Which is why we give a portion of our profits to charities that are aligned with our vision. ”
01Giving Back To The Community
We love identifying tomorrow’s amazing creative professionals. Unfortunately, not everyone has equal access to computers and the practical skills needed to succeed in the digital age. By giving a portion of our profits to charities that share our vision, we hope to inspire a stellar, diverse pool of talent to work with in the future.
We want to see young creatives from all backgrounds become great so that we can introduce them to the companies and agencies making great things. The demand for digital talent shows no signs of slowing down and we hope that by helping foster young local talent, we’ll be making the work and our communities better for everyone.
We all got where we are today because of those who showed us the way. Beyond donating money, we plan to pair our charity partners with mentors from our pool of seasoned talent to help nurture the next generation of creative professionals. Furthermore, we aim to place those next-gen workers with internships to get them started on the fast track to both their bright future and that of our clients.
